On the morning of April 26, 2025, our team gathered at the entrance of the company, ready to start a unique team building activity. Everyone’s face was filled with anticipation and excitement. Today’s event is not only a chance to relax, but also a great opportunity to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
Team building activities officially started
After the bus started, everyone’s mood was high. Laughter and joy filled everyone’s ears, and everyone shared their expectations for the next activities. After a while, we finally arrived at a scenic spot with beautiful scenery. The fresh air and charming scenery were refreshing. In Mr. Zeng Daye’s speech, the team building activity officially kicked off.
Riding a Caterpillar: The Power of Unity
The first activity was “riding a caterpillar”. This game required close cooperation among the team members. Everyone lined up and held the body of the “caterpillar” with both hands. Following the instructions, everyone worked together to move forward. At the beginning, our steps were a little uncoordinated and a little chaotic, but as the game progressed, we gradually found the rhythm and the teamwork became more and more in-depth.
In this process, the team members not only exercised their bodies, but more importantly, they enhanced mutual trust and cooperation. Even if someone fell, everyone remained positive, encouraged each other, and moved forward together. When someone fell, others quickly lent a hand and helped him up. After some efforts, our team successfully completed all the challenges and won the victory with the fastest total time, winning everyone’s warm applause and prizes.
Holding together for warmth: heartwarming cooperation
The next game, “Gathering Together for Warmth”, is a test of our team’s cooperation and communication skills. Participants need to find their corresponding partners and gather together within the specified time according to the numbers called out by the coach. This game requires careful thinking and teamwork.
In the game, everyone shared their feelings and enhanced their understanding of each other. Through this simple but interesting activity, each of us smiled with satisfaction and deeply felt the warmth and sense of accomplishment brought by teamwork.
Inheriting intangible cultural heritage
After the team-building activities in the morning, everyone was in a more positive mood. After lunch, we headed to the historic old street. At a traditional snack bar, we experienced the making of “fire-baked bread”. We were divided into groups to learn how to make this authentic delicacy. From flour, yeast to fillings and kneading, every step requires meticulousness.
During the whole process, everyone helped each other and shared experiences and skills. After some hard work, the fragrant fire-baked bread finally came out of the oven. We held the homemade bread in our hands, tasting the delicious food we made ourselves, and our faces were filled with satisfied smiles.

Through this team-building activity, we not only deepened our understanding and trust of each other, but also deeply realized the importance of teamwork.
At the award ceremony, the winning team members came on stage to receive their awards. Everyone expressed their congratulations. Everyone had a happy smile on their face and was full of expectations for the future.
